How do I wash my bed?
Please zip the cover before washing. We recommend using cold wash gentle cycle.Tumble dry on low gentle cycle.

Do you guarantee the cover?
No we do not guarantee it against chewing or any type of aggressive behavior. We do guarantee the cover to be free from rips and tears upon receipt.

What is guaranteed?
Our pocket coil construction is guaranteed against manufacturing defects in materials and labor for ten years from the date of purchase. Our “Natural Response” fiber construction is guaranteed for 5 years from the date of purchase. If a defect occurs during the life of the warranty, we will gladly exchange your product with a new one at no charge to you. Any product for which a warranty claim is made must be inspected by the company prior to an exchange being made.

If there is a problem how do I send it back?
E-mail Customer Service at info@jupiterindustries.com and request a Return Authorization number (RA#). Complete the Return Form that you received with your shipment or click here to print a copy. Return the product to us and if the claim is valid we will send out a new product of equal or greater value freight prepaid within one week from the receipt of your return. (Product colors are subject to change and we do not guarantee that you will receive a replacement in the same pattern as the original).

Can I buy replacement covers?
Yes, replacement covers are available. Please e-mail Customer Service at info@jupiterindustries.com to obtain the cost of a replacement cover.

Is the fabric good for hot climates?
All our fabrics are air permeable which allows the fabrics to breathe making them great for all climates. Our waterproof inner cover is also made from a special air permeable nylon fabric similar to that used in tents.

My bed felt hard on arrival during a cold day.
Memory foam does have this tendency. Please allow the unit to warm up to room temperature before using.

Will your zipper mark my floor?
All of our covers have “invisible” zippers (the teeth face inwards) so that they will not mark hardwood floors.
