If the product you receive contains a manufacturing defect or has been damaged in transit, you must notify the company within 5 days from the receipt of your order.
Call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-465-5795 ext. 24 or e-mail us at info@jupiterindustries.com to obtain a Return Authorization number.

The Return Form which has been included with your order must be completed and the defective or damaged product must be returned to the address indicated on the form. The Return Authorization number that you were given by our Customer Service Department must be indicated on the form. Click here for a copy of the Return Form. Your full purchase price will be refunded according to the original method of payment or a replacement will be sent to you at no charge.

We will accept returns of new and unused beds and sofas within 15 days from the date you receive your order. The product must be in its original packaging. The return will be subject to a 15% restocking charge and the customer will be responsible for the freight to return it. A Return Authorization number is required from our Customer Service Department (see above for information).

Please note that the product colors shown on our website are for display purposes only and will not necessarily exactly match the color of the product you receive. All computers display colors in a different way. Therefore, in order for you to verify the color you have ordered, you can choose to receive a free fabric swatch prior to our shipping your order. Upon receipt of the swatch, if the color is not what you wanted, you may cancel your order. However, under no circumstances will we accept a return due to color discrepancies. Therefore, we highly recommend that you request a swatch with your order especially for the fashion colors.

Our size recommendations are based on the most popular dog breeds. Please measure your pet carefully prior to placing an order. A size chart and measurement guidelines have been included to help you.

We do not warranty any product that has been damaged by your pet’s behavior including chewing damage.
