We
process orders Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
Please note that our beds and sofas in the new “Designer
Series” fabrics are all custom made to order
and only available from us. They will not be found
on any other e-tailer. Our beds and sofas are made
with extra care and attention to detail and this requires
a little more time. Therefore, please allow 2 weeks
from the date of order for your bed or sofa to leave
our factory.
However, our Introductory series of beds which is
our 2006 collection will be shipped within one week
from the date of order.
All orders are shipped direct from our manufacturing
facility via small package carrier ground service.
Delivery requires between 5 and 7 business days.
If you wish to have your order delivered to an address
that is different from the billing address, please
ensure that you enter the full destination address
in the “Ship to“ section during check out.
How to Track your Order
Customers who provide us with an e-mail address will
receive an order confirmation and a shipping notification
once the order is shipped. This notification will include
a package tracking number (PIN number).
To track your package and view its estimated arrival
date click here to visit
www.purolator.com. Simply enter the tracking number
(PIN number) provided on your shipping notification
in the top right hand corner of the screen and the
status of your delivery will be displayed.
Free Shipping
Please note that “Free” shipping only
applies to the 48 contiguous U.S. States and 10 Canadian
provinces and only covers ground service. Freight surcharges
will apply to any shipments outside the areas noted.
A surcharge may also be applicable on Extra Large
beds and sofas depending upon the delivery address.
We do not offer expedited or overnight delivery at
this time.
All freight charges for products returned will be
at the customer’s expense (please see our return
policy for further information).
Product Availability and Back Orders
Please see Product and Delivery for our standard delivery
times. Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our
control, items may require a longer delivery time.
You will be notified of this when you place your order
and an estimated availability date will be provided.
